Missions Purpose Statement

Purpose of Missions
Missions is any endeavor, the purpose of which is to glorify God in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matt. 28: 19-20) by sending people our to engage in ministries aimed toward achieving world evangelization (Matt. 24:14, Rev. 7:9), or facilitating such through support ministries.

Goal of Missions
    1. To give everyone in each people group throughout the world an opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
    2.  To make disciples of those who believe, incorporating them into local churches, and training leaders for such.
    3.  To support and strengthen churches around the world through partnering with them in world evangelization and leadership training.
For MSBC these endeavors shall be carried on outside the jurisdiction of this local church.
